1. Agreement and who you are contracting with

CrewCalculator is a service operated by AUH Partners LLC ("AUH Partners LLC", "we", "us"). AUH Partners LLC is the legal entity behind this website and any paid plans sold through it.

By using https://crewcalculator.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

2. What the service is

CrewCalculator provides free material calculators, reference tables and an estimate builder for the building trades. The tools run in your browser and require no account.

We may add, change or withdraw features at any time. We aim to keep the free tools free, but we do not guarantee any particular feature will remain available.

3. Results are estimates, and you must verify them

Every quantity, cost and code reference on this site is an estimate produced from the values you enter and from general assumptions about materials and practice. Real jobs vary. Densities, coverage rates, waste, site conditions, supplier packaging and local amendments to building codes all move the answer.

Building code citations are provided for orientation only. They reference model codes, and your jurisdiction may have adopted a different edition or amended it. Always confirm against the code your inspector actually enforces.

You are responsible for checking every figure before ordering material, pricing work or building anything. We are not your engineer, architect, surveyor or code official, and nothing on this site is professional advice.

4. Estimates you create

Estimates built with the estimate builder are yours. They are stored in your own browser, not on our servers, and we claim no rights over their content.

Because they live on your device, they can be lost if you clear your browser data or lose the device. We cannot recover them. Export or print anything you need to keep.

Any estimate you send to a client is your document and your commercial commitment. We are not a party to it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-download or systematically copy the site to reproduce it elsewhere
• Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure
• Submit other people’s personal data to our forms without their knowledge
• Present the tools or content as your own product

6. Embedding the calculators

You may embed our calculators on your own website free of charge using the embed code provided on each calculator page, including on commercial sites.

The one condition is that you keep the attribution link that ships with the embed code, visible and crawlable, on the page where the calculator appears. You may not modify the embedded widget or present it as your own tool.

We may withdraw permission to embed if this condition is not met.

7. Content and intellectual property

The site design, written content, reference tables and calculator implementations belong to us. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions.

Material prices shown are indicative figures for planning, gathered from general market ranges. They are not quotes and no supplier is bound by them.

8. Paid plans

The site is currently free. If paid plans launch, they will be sold through Paddle acting as merchant of record, and the pricing and cancellation terms shown at checkout will apply alongside these terms and our Refund Policy.

9. Liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, including material ordered incorrectly, work priced incorrectly, construction that fails inspection, project delay, or lost profit.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
