Refund Policy

Nothing is currently charged for

All thirteen calculators, the reference tables and the estimate builder are free to use with no account, no card and no trial that converts into a charge. If you have not entered payment details, you have not been billed.

If you believe you have been charged by us today, it is not us — please contact us and forward the receipt so we can help you identify the merchant.

Who processes payments

CrewCalculator is operated by AUH Partners LLC. When paid plans launch, all payments will be handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd acting as merchant of record on behalf of AUH Partners LLC. Paddle will be the seller on record, will appear on your statement, and will handle billing, tax and refunds on our instruction.

This means we never see or store your card details.

14-day refund

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment on any plan, for any reason. You do not need to explain yourself.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle typically processes them within 5–10 working days, though your bank may take a little longer to show it.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access for the remainder of the period you already paid for.

Beyond the initial 14-day window we do not refund part-used periods as a matter of course. If something went genuinely wrong — the service was unavailable, a feature did not work as described, or you were charged after cancelling — contact us and we will put it right.

Renewals charged by mistake

If a renewal is charged after you intended to cancel and you tell us within 30 days of that charge, we will refund it in full. We would rather give the money back than argue about a date.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, or use the receipt Paddle sent you, which contains a direct support link. Include the order reference if you have it.

We respond within five working days and will tell you plainly whether the refund is being processed.

Statutory rights

Nothing here removes any right you have under consumer law in your own country. Where local law gives you a longer cancellation period or stronger protection, that applies instead of this policy.
