Questions people actually ask
What happens to my estimates if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. They stay on the devices you built them on, exactly as before, and the copy we hold is kept rather than wiped — so if you resubscribe later it comes back. You simply stop syncing new changes between devices.
Do I need an account?
No. After paying you receive a licence key by email. Paste it into the estimate maker on each device you want synced. There is no password to forget.
Is the logo really free?
Yes. Putting your own logo on a document you print yourself should not cost anything, so it is not behind the paywall. Pro is for cloud sync.
Who am I actually buying from?
AUH Partners LLC, through Paddle acting as merchant of record. Paddle appears on your bank statement and handles billing, tax and refunds.
Can I get a refund?
A full refund within 14 days, no reason needed. Cancel any time after that and you keep access for the period you have already paid for.
