Who we are

CrewCalculator is operated by AUH Partners LLC ("AUH Partners LLC", "we", "us"), which runs https://crewcalculator.com and is the data controller for the information described here.

Using the calculators collects nothing

Every calculation runs inside your browser. The measurements you type are never transmitted to us, never logged, and never stored on a server. You can use all thirteen calculators and the reference tables without giving us anything at all.

There is no account system on this site. There are no passwords, because there is nothing to log into.

The estimate builder keeps your work on your device

Estimates you create in the estimate builder are saved in your browser using local storage. They stay on that device, are not uploaded to us, and are not readable by us. Clearing your browser data deletes them permanently, and we cannot recover them.

What we collect if you submit the form

If you enter your email address into the "Keep this estimate" form, we store that submission so we can contact you about the feature you asked about. That record contains:

• The email address you typed
• Which calculator you were using, the values you entered and the result it produced
• The estimated material cost range shown at the time
• The country your request came from, derived by our host from your IP address
• The page that referred you, and your browser user-agent string

How that data is handled

Submissions are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV and a notification is emailed to us. We use the information to reply to you and to understand which calculators people find useful. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers or data brokers.

To prevent automated abuse of the form, we briefly hold your IP address as a rate-limiting counter. That entry expires automatically after ten minutes and is not linked to your submission.

We keep submissions until you ask us to delete them. Ask, and we will remove the record and confirm.

Cookies and tracking

We set no cookies for advertising, analytics or profiling. We do not run third-party tracking scripts, and we do not build advertising profiles.

Local storage is used only to keep your own estimates on your own device, as described above. It is not an identifier and is not sent anywhere.

Processors we rely on

Cloudflare hosts the site, serves it through its network and stores form submissions. In doing so it processes connection data such as IP address for security and delivery.

If and when paid plans launch, payments will be handled by Paddle acting as merchant of record. Paddle would collect billing details directly and we would never see or store your card number.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Because we hold so little, these requests are usually resolved the same week.

If you are in the UK, EU or a jurisdiction with comparable law, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This is a tool for building trades and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this notice changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised notice.
